Do When Schools are Open and Operating
- Conduct an After-Action Review on the Return to School Committee’s work and codify recommendations for future improvement.
- Review communication protocols and feedback loops to ensure information is getting to the appropriate people and ensure you receive feedback from stakeholders, where necessary.
- Continue to review scenario plans to ensure consistency with local public health department guidance.
- Continue to review local board policies on attendance, acquisition of instructional materials, etc., to ensure policies are responsive to needs of students, staff, and school community.
